At the heart of consultancy is listening and learning. Whether helping social movement leaders structure facilitation teams, assisting youth organizations to develop training templates, or working with church denominations to develop strategic growth plans we utilize a contextualized approach toward holistic transformation in the areas of starting, strengthening, scaling, and sustaining change. This strategic support may include whiteboard sessions, research and development projects, vision-mission-value assessments, or codifying structures and systems. This may include the use of situation reports, after action reports, detailed prospectus, or customized templates to build upon.

Coaching entails loving and leading through the change process. If clients so choose, IYS can develop action plans (with metrics, objectives, outcomes) and coaching road maps toward implementing change.

Consulting and coaching services may be billed hourly, by project, or via contractual retainer. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer scholarships on a first-come-first serve basis. Presently, nearly 100% of our Inspire services are from word-of-mouth relational investment with friends.
