Strengthening with Ashish
As the global facilitator of the World Evangelical Alliance Youth Commission (WEA YC), Ashish is leading a renewed vision for youth ministry across 143 national church networks. His team is re-envisioning their mission, values, and health metrics to better serve churches worldwide.
IYS is honored to be a key partner in that journey. We’ve supported Ashish through executive coaching, team collaboration sessions, and the development of new programming. In 2025, believing it’s better to “teach someone how to fish,” we created a custom webinar template and helped the WEA YC launch the first episode —which was attended by youth ministers from around the world.
Most significantly, we created a custom prospectus: a strategic document designed to align partners, advance core practices, and amplify their shared passion for youth ministry. This prospectus was presented to delegates from more than 100 nations at the WEA General Assembly in Seoul, Korea.
Ashish and Mark designed a custom and reusable webinar template they could use year after year to host impactful webinars for youth leaders.
