Scaling with Dave
Our friend Dave carries a bold vision: to equip 10,000 affiliate churches in 100 nations by Christian Endeavor’s (CE) 150th anniversary in 2031. To help make that vision a reality, IYS has partnered with CE over the past several years to launch the Advocate’s Initiative—a strategic effort designed to help churches start and strengthen biblically grounded youth ministries at scale.
Our support has included executive coaching, strategic planning, and the creation of customized training solutions. Most notably, IYS developed the Advocate’s Guidebook, a practical resource that helps local churches train effective youth ministers. By God’s grace, this guidebook is now available in 14 languages—including French, Spanish, Swahili, and Urdu—and is being used to train youth leaders across the globe.
Through this partnership, CE has already expanded to 59 countries, and momentum continues to build. We are grateful for what God has already done—and excited for the impact still to come.
