We Offer Custom Solutions
We care for leaders, collaborate with them, and create custom solutions that strengthen church and parachurch ministries engaged in youth discipleship and gospel transformation. Many of these leaders carry bold vision for their denominations, networks, and movements, yet often lack the strategic support they need to see that vision flourish. That’s where IYS steps in. We help influential youth ministers start, strengthen, scale, and sustain programs, projects, and initiatives. From time to time, we also help them launch new ministries, too.

IYS helped Ashish, the global facilitator at the World Evangelical Alliance Youth Commission, strengthen his vision across 143 national church networks.
We Help Scale
Dave's bold vision to equip 10,000 affiliate churches in 100 nations by 2031 is becoming possible with IYS coaching and the creation of the Advocate's Guidebook.
We Help Sustain
After helping launch and scale the Go Live Dare ministry in Zambia, we continue to partner with them to sustain their mission by establishing Hope Hub and Hope Farms.
